You may petition the court to remove the trustee if that trustee has violated any duties, like providing an accounting, pursuant to the terms of the trust. You may ask the court to choose another person that the beneficiaries would like. Contact me if you would like to hire me to help you @ johntatone.com or 888-988-laws (5297)
