Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Help. Scam going on! My grandfather just had me take off as Power of Attorney and has a new "friend" listed. This friend sold proporerty to his son, and is now selling my grandfathers gun collection, etc. My grandfather is not all together, and thinks this guy is his buddy, but I am seeing his money, property, etc dissapear. How do you revoke a power of attorney?

You need to petition the court to appoint a conservator immediately. The court may unwind improper transactions and dissolve the Power of Attorney. Then someone else or you may be appointed to handle his financial affairs. You need to act quickly. Please contact me to discuss in more detail. 888-988-5297 or johntatone.com
