Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

My sister took over

I was Power of attorney and executor of my fathers trust. About 4 years ago my husband and I seperated for 5 months, during this time my sister took my Dad, who had alzheimers back to the lawyers and had him change her to power of attorney and executor of the trust. I knew this and thought ok good you take care of it all, even though I was the one who had spent all the time and effort getting it all set up for him. My Father passed away on November 17, 2007, today is Jan. 12, 2008 and my sister just informed me today that she took my Father to the lawyer, when I was seperated from my husband, and had my husband put in the trust to get half of what money would have been mine. I am still married and living with my husband, but I am very upset about this, do I have any legal action I can take. I feel like my sister is trying to play god, and that my Father was pressured by her to make that change to the trust. Is there anyway that the change he made could be revoked. Or a way that my husband can turn his part back to me. Really hoping for some help on this.

Re: My sister took over

You would need to challenge the trust in the probate court. The best way to do this is to hire an attorney.
