Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Hello there,
I�m Louie M. Janes, living at Cebu, Philippines. My mother (Raye Janes) and father (Igor Janes) living at Port Huron, Michigan, USA is an American Citizen and they�re already die. I am the only son. According to the will of my mom, I�m not entitled as a beneficiary in the will. And I knew it. All I want to know, Is there any possibility to fight just to have a little share of the properties/estates of my mom? By the way, the Hearing for the Personal Representative�s Petition to disburse proceeds to beneficiary named in the will is on June 11, 2012 at 11:30am and also the beneficiary who is in the will is the sister of my mom..who is illegally staying in the USA�and that�s why I want to have just only little share�.
