Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Uncle had will changed

In 2-07 my grandmother (living alone and full capacity) told me she had established a trust in which her last living child, my uncle, would be given a monthly allowance of $1000 to be overseen by her CPA. She said that upon his death I would be given a portion of what was left, but on top of that she had a sum that was to be given to me specifically upon her death. As she lay in the hospital 9-07, uncle found the trust and had a fit saying he wanted CPA off trust so bad he could taste it. Ten days before her death (lung cancer, heavy pain meds) in hospital he brought her up a new will to sign and now has control of everything and will not answer any questions. Keeps directing me to an old will dated 2005 that was before she had drawn up the trust. My grandmother was very specific to me about her concerns and wishes. Nothing she has told me has happened and my uncle is being very evasive. Do I have any recourse here? I saw the signature she made on the hospital will and it looks nothing like hers......a few letters and then illegible. Her wishes in every matter are not being carried out.

You need to get before the probate court; open up an estate; and contest the will.
