How will jusge choose executor?
My sister and I both want to be our mothers executor, who died intestate. What criteria is considered most important/least important, and under what circumstances will he order a third party to be executor?

If one of you has better credentials to take care of business, the judge may choose that person. However, he may decide that the bickering is not worth it and appoint one of his friends. Bill Stern 248-353-9400
