Legal Question in Workers Comp in Michigan

Procedures and Time

We are currently involved in the administrative law nexis of recouping the Workman's Compensation benefits that were denied my husband. I am wondering what exactly the procedures are following a third ''judicial review''. I am told a court date should finally be set and that a demand letter for settlement will also be drafted. I am just wondering how much longer as this has been going on for 2 years now.

Re: Procedures and Time

Your lawyer is probably using the time to put together the medicals, etc. and attempt to resolve the case. It should not take too much longer. Is your lawyer a workers comp regular? Bill Stern 248-353-9400
