reopen a worker's comp case?

In 1994 25.00 ilbs fell on my back at work. In 1995 i lost my worker's comp case because they tried to force me back to work, right today i'm still not able to work, infact i'm about to win my social ser. Case now. I have gott'in worse over the years, can i reopen the worker's comp case once i won my social ser case?

If you went to trial about the 1994 injury, you cannot retry the case based upon that injury. You would have to have a new injury to recover. Are you sure you tried the case? Who was the magistrate? Who was your attorney?
