Legal Question in Workers Comp in Michigan

Unemployment Appeals

I recently appealed to the board of review for unemployment benefits. I have since recieved a copy of transcript and was told I could apply for an oral hearing or provide a written arguement. I cannot afford to hire an attorney. What are my options at this point? Also what does ''a statement of service on the other party'' mean? I am the same person who post on 9/10/04 about being fired due to insufficient medical documentation. Will they look at documentation I supplied?

Re: Unemployment Appeals

You may be able to hire an attorney on a contingency, meaning the attorney gets paid if you win. Bill Stern 248-353-9400
