In Minnesota can a person sue their own insurance company under the no fault insurance for their physical injuries even if no other vehicle was involved the accident was caused by very bad weather conditions.

Accidents arising out of the use of a motor vehicle are covered under the No Fault Act. Benefits include medical bills and wage loss up to $20,000 each. Arbitration or a lawsuit can be brought if a company denies valid claim.
