Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Minnesota
Pay Raises While paying on a CH 13 plan
I just filed CH 13 3 months ago and am paying into my court approved CH-13 plan. With my job I have just received a $2,000 a month pay raise. Can the trustee modify my plan since I now have more Dispoisable income for the creditor's? ie. Increase my plans payments?

Re: Pay Raises While paying on a CH 13 plan
Yes, the trustee will want you paying more into the plan with more disposable income available. The most you could ever pay though, is enough to pay off 100% of your unsecured debt, so whether it would actually increase $2000/month depends on the amount of the claims filed with the bankruptcy court. I'd highly recommend talking to your bankruptcy attorney about this.
