Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Minnesota
I am thinking of file bankruptcy I have a home that is co-owned with my ex-husband will i be able to work out something to keep the home?

Generally, after filing bankruptcy one should be able to stay in the home as long as one keeps up the payments. Whether you own half or all of it should make little difference.
A more important question might be whether you have equity in the house. If so, you must be sure your equity is properly claimed as exempt.
