Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
business verbal contract
My father and me own a bar and we had a verbal contract with someone to manage and run it. He has since left the position. We have found out he had sold our gaming supplies (pool tables, foosball) and was not paying utilities for the last two months. We also believe that he was using bar profits to remodel a bar that he currently owns. What recourse do we have aganist him. The pool tables alone are worth $7,000?

You will need to prove he sold property and received funds.
Without written contract your remedies may be limited. Call or email for additional help.
