Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
House Flipping
I have invested $35K into the remodel of a friends home with the understanding that he would sell the home upon completion of the remodel and pay back all the debit incurred from the products purchased and some labor. Now this friend is refusing to place the home on the market and doesn't have the finances to pay me back. What legal actions can I take.

Re: House Flipping
You must assert a claim for damages, and you MAY be able to assert a LIEN against the property. There is a VERY short deadline for that so you should contact legal counsel without delay.
