Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
loan
took out a loan, with a downpayment, they wanted more and canceled loan and getting refund. But they won't give it to me untill the 29th. Is there anything i can do to get them to give me refund back right away?

Any written agreement>? THat would control. Need to review to advise. If transaction cancellable, attorney letter FAXED or emailed to Lender should do it.

A letter, written by an attorney to the lender, does make an impact and could possibly get them to give you the refun back right away. Feel free to contact me with any other questions.
