Recreational equipment rental contracts
We are looking at renting out recreational equipment, boats, pwc, kayaks, etc., what do we need to cover in a rental contract?

Other than basics ( rental amount, term, damages for loss or damage to equipment) you will want an Indemnification Clause and Waiver of Liability, insurance coverage clause, and attorneys fees, ADR, and forum/venue clause.
These are usually NOT boilerplate (off the shelf) contracts, and if you avoid one lawsuit it will be worthwhile to have it done by an atty.
