Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
Religious Discrimination
In my previous place of employment, I was rejected time off for a Religious function. My manager stated that it is not in the store policy that they have to grant time off for Religious function.
In the state of Minnesota, is there a law that states a person is not allowed time off for a Religious reason?

Re: Religious Discrimination
A business can make their own rules. They are not required to allow time off for a religious function.
