Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
Is there any such thing as this
I submitted a question a couple of days ago about a Lay-a-way the attorney did get back to me and stated that it sounded like a scam wher this company is telling I can't get my money back after I canceled my order. Which I had submitted at that time 945.00. They sent my a letter and told me this is their way of settle disbutes of this nature so I am trying to find out is this ligitatimide organization or should I be seeking legal counsel to get my money. They are National Arbitration Forum, in Minneapolis, MN. And if so what is that about is this legal. Now the company that I was doing business is not in Minnesota. I submitted their state with my original question.

Let me get this straight: the company that you sent money to, didn't send you any product or service in return. And now that you've canceled your order, they won't refund your payment. Sounds pretty shady to me.
You need to contact the Nat'l Arbitration Forum and demand your money back, or sue them. Also, make sure that you file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Hope this helps, and good luck to you!
