Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Minnesota

We have been granted a harassment restraining order against our neighbor who has bent and destroyed fence post, pulls willow branches from our tree, has threatend me at a local community center, almost hit my wife and I while walking our dog on local trails. We have no pictures or witnesses other than my wife and I. The bad neighbor has appealed the harassment suite, now we are having an evendentiary hearing next month. We have kept everything documented for the past two years. Do we stand a chance to keep the Harassment order on against our rude neighbor?

Yes, you stand a reasonable chance to get the harassment order. However, I would recommend you talk to a lawyer. The evidentiary hearings for harassment restraining orders, like many court hearings, have many specific elements and requirements. Many times people will think that they are explaining their case accurately and covering all of the requirements, only to find out that they missed something simple.
