Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Minnesota

A few months later, i was cutting a board and the saw ''kicked back'' and cut off my right thumb. i went to the hospital and they did't try to attache it i feel that the hospital did't do it the right way.it was clean cut and i went to the hospitaln with few minnuet.

I'm sorry for your loss, but I don't believe this would be a civil rights claim. It may be a malpractice claim with the hospital, but your best bet is to get the medical records and schedule an interview with a medical malpractice attorney.
