Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Minnesota
Personal Property left behind with ex-girlfriend in Minnesota
I used to live in Minnesota with my ex-girlfriend. While living there, I purchased several items including a bedroom set, couch, and computer. When we broke up and moved back to Florida, I left with her the bedroom set, couch, and computer in Minnesota. I am currently still paying these items off. My question is, could I get these items back from her? I did purchase them with my credit card and I am still paying them off.

They would seem to be your property but you would have to pursue them in Minnesota court not Florida.
