Legal Question in Consumer Law in Minnesota
I found a peice of wood in my kellogs rice krisy bar do I have a case? I stll have the wood but threw the bar.

No, you do not appear to have a case. You lack any damages because you were not injured. Merely because there is a foreign object in a food product does not mean you are entitled to money. Even if you were injured, it is hard to convince a jury that the object was in the product and not placed there by you or someone else other than the manufacturer.
