Legal Question in Consumer Law in Minnesota
Puppy
I bought a puppy from a breeder online and they sent me the wrong dog! They insist that the puppy I received is the same one as in the photos they posted, but she is not. They also lied about how big she was saying she was 20 oz and she is really 2.6 lbs. I paid more for her to be small. They will only offer to help me find her a new home and will not take her back or refund any of my money. What can I do?

Re: Puppy
Did you receive any online or hard copy paperwork in this transaction?
You should probably have an attorney send a Demand for Rescission letter, followed up by an Action for Breach of Contract and Rescission.
Where is the bredder located? "
Was there an online contract or TOU?
