Legal Question in Consumer Law in Minnesota

I sold two tickets to every Minnesota Vikings game at face value to a guy on craigslist. The Vikings were forced to move two of their games due to the roof of their stadium collapsing, and they credited every single season ticket account for one full game (the game was moved to Detroit) and a partial game (they moved a game to a smaller stadium and re-valued the tickets, credited the difference). I had never discussed what would happen in the case of a game change with the guy who bought the tickets, and am wondering if I am legally bound to give him the credit or if this credit stays with me, the original ticket holder? Thanks for your help!

From a practical standpoint, if the buyer sues you for the value of the tickets and the judge finds out you got the credit and kept the purchase price the judge is not going to be happy with you.
