Legal Question in Consumer Law in Minnesota
Vehicle recall
My vehicle was damaged when it was parked next to another vehicle that caught on fire due to a recalled part. I want to get reimbursed for my deductable by the manufacturer since the other parties insurance claimed no fault. Do I have a case? What type of attorney should I contact?

Re: Vehicle recall
What is your deductible?
Have you talked to your own ins. agent?
They should pay you and go to other vehicle's insurance for subrogation.
Call or email for assistance.
