Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Minnesota

I have had my bank accounts seized by Chase bank over a credit card debt. Cand they legally take my child , nad can they do this when I get Minnesota care?

The bank cannot take your child.

You should have received and exemption form with the notice of levy, and it may be that some of these funds are exempt. This would require analysis of the facts in your case.

You probably need a bankruptcy. If you have exemptions available, money taken on the eve of filing bankruptcy can be re-claimed by the debtor.
