how do i get a court order to repossess leased equipment installed in another property i do not own

Do you have a Security Agreement and a Filed UCC-1?

If so you can proceed with self help if there is no breach of the peace.

Otherwise will need to proceed by Motion for Claim & Deivery in Court.
