Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Minnesota

Mother is going to have her accounts siezed, lien put on house and wages garnished over student loans she co-signed for brother. He does not pay on them. She lives in Minnesota, works part-time and on Social Security. Does she have any options at all?
