I subcontracted to deliver mail to a company and now they are not paying for the shipments I delivered. can I sue and can I add late payment fees and court cost?

What type of agreement do you have with the company? Oral? Written? What do the terms of your agreement state? The type of agreement and terms between you and the company dictate what fees may be added. You should be able to sue... go for "Small Claims" (Conciliation Court) if your claim is is $7500 or less.
