What constitutional right is violated if a racially even jury is not provided during a criminal trial?. If a constitutional right is violated does it warrant a dismissal of trial?.

Your question is unclear. There is nothing that requires a jury to be made up of equal numbers for each race. If that is what you were asking, that alone ould not be a basis to seek a mistrial or to move forward with an appeal. Impermissibly removing juros fromthe jury pool based on race may form such a basis.
