Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
legal question
If a person had warrents in minnesota,but,was already in the process of moving to a different state would he/she be arrested or sent back to minnesota?they are not felony warrents.

Depending on the state, the type of warrants, the underlying violations or offenses, it is not likely the other state will do anything. The question is whether the individual has been charged with an offense for which extradition is likely. If the warrants arise out of misdemeanor prosecutions (failure to appear at a hearing, for example), the other state will probably not extradite, although more facts are required to answer you question.
