Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
Is it legal for a 45 yr. old man to persuade an 18 yr. old woman to leave the state with him, go on dates, and possibly commit sexual acts & also pay her for it? Even though she is legally an adult?

He couldn't pay her for sex. But he could pay her to escort him, go on dates, leave the state etc...
If he paid her for sex it would be illegal prostitution, but difficult to prove under the circumstances I would guess.
