Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

If there is a picture with a minor in and a beer cans on the table in it, there is nothing showing the minor actually drinking the beer though is it possible for the minor to get in trouble for this in any way?

No likely any legal trouble from just the picture. If the minor is questioned about the picture the minor could say things that could get them in legal trouble.
