Can a ruling on pre-trial discovery of evidence be appealed or somehow reevaluated before trial?

I have a source code ruling in my favor that has been appealed to the Court of Appeals. The State does have that option, but the appeal must be filed within 5 days of receiving the order from the court. The State can also ask a judge to reconsider the ruling, but usually a judge will not change his/her mind that way.
