Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
theft
my daughter and I clean once a week for a company, had no previous problems, The owner calls me and fires me says he has petty cash missing, he stated it happened before now he doesnt trust me. Then I get a call from local police,small town we know everybody. I stated to him we have no knowledge of a money box ,never seen it and never stole anything from them. the police wants are fingerprints. I feel like we are being framed. Do I have to give him prints of my daughter and I ,she is 15, if we are not being charged or arrested!
