Unsigned Ticket
If a police officer does not sign a ticket is the ticket still valid Or if it wasnt signed can you bring it up and court and have the ticket thrown out?

As far as I know, it won't make a difference. The prosecutor could always file a Complaint in its place.
You might call the court and see if the police officer sent it in, or not.
