Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

warrant

in 2001 moved from Nevada to Minnesota. I have 2 warrants from Nevada. What do the abbreviations mean? ORI-fpc-mis-Nic-Oln-Mnu?

One says Extradition surrounding states only. Other says extradition any USA. What does that mean? Can I be picked up any state? What if I apply for a drivers License? How can I clear these warrants. Any help appreciate. I am on limited income. I pay taxes in Minnesota and have worked same job since 2001. Thank you

Re: warrant

I would need more information to answer your question, but suspect that one of the warrants will be active and reported nationally. If you are stopped, for example, you could be subject to extradition to Nevada. If you want to clear the warrants you will need to hire a lawyer in Nevada to represent you in the underlying criminal matters.
