Re: withdraw a plea
It would be extremely unlikely for any court to allow you to withdraw your plea at this late stage. After sentencing it would require a finding of a Manifest injustive. If you were represented by counsel or if you signed a plea petition, you waived your rights to an appeal and, likely, also agreed that thyou were not coerced into your plea by virtue of being held in jail. That is one of the specific inquiries made when a plea is accepted.
