I have a web page on this topic that you might want to look at. Go to http://www.mn-dwi.com/snowmobile-boat-atv-dwi.com.

The Department of Public Safety must provide notice to your last known address in their file before your driver's license can be suspended or revoked. Normally, a first time ATV DWI does not result in a driver's license revocation, but having this on your record will have a major impact on your future. You should speak with an experienced DWI attorney about your options before you go to court.

Re: 4th degree DWi no priors

You should be receiving a Notice of Revocation in the mail. The revocation notice is sent by the Mn. Department of Public Safety to the address on your DL. If you have moved, the notice won't be forwarded.

The other way to find out is to go to the Minnesota Department of Public Safety Website. They have a DL place on their website. Type in your DL number and it will tell you whether you are valid or revoked.

Good luck!
