''b'' card-more information

i was ask to take a pbt,the unit wasn't working 1st time,ask to take again,2nd time wasn't working,officer call in to let them know he was having a problem,the 3rd time i took test,officer look at it ,threw in his car,came back ,put me under arrest for valdation of drivers license.never show or told me what the machine read.at the jail i took a test blew ''0''. i was still charged with ''restriction of drivers license'', i was never read my rights.i was not drinking ,but when i recieved the police report it says that ''pbt'' .009,which never worked to my knowledge.also lets my wife drives ,tells her go ahead leave after i was put under arrest,never ask her or check if she had been drinking/had drivers license{she had been drinking}.our daughter came home,went to dinner,my wife,daughter,son,daughter in law and friend were in the car at the time of the stop

This question is unclear. If you are tlaking about a loss of drivers license based upon a "no alcohol" restricted "B-Card" license, and you had nothing to drink at all prior, then retain a good DWI defense lawyer soon, before it is too late, to challenge it in court.

If you are talking about a criminal charge of driving in violation of a restricted license, then retain a good DWI defense lawyer as soon as possible.
