If I was pulled over for a dwi and the local paper publishes everyone's name in the paper before you are conficted do I have any rights to ask them to with hold
my name from the paper? I seel real estate a fill this could hurt my bussiness. would it be bennificial for me to get an attorney if I blew a.14 my first offense.

You can certainly ask the paper to withhold your name and you could even threaten a lawsuit since you haven't been convicted yet. However, as long as the paper doesn't say you were convicted (i.e. if they just list you as being arrested) then the information is public and it's fair game to be printed.
Given your profession, it would certainly be helpful for you to consider hiring an attorney to investigate your case and find out whether there may be a way to reduce your charge to careless driving or even get the matter completely dismissed. This isn't easy, and hiring an experienced attorney is essential to giving yourself the best chance for success. Don't be discouraged that your test level is .14. I have beaten cases where my client tested over .20, so the test result does not necessarily control the outcome.
