An I allowed to purchase my DUI Forfeited vehicle from a state auction (in MN)

Not usually. Someone in your family might be able to if they could show that you wouldn't have use or control of the vehicle.

To my knowledge, there is no law or prohibition against someone purchasing their forfeited vehicle back at an auction. If the state realizes who you are at the auction, they might refuse to sell it to you, however. If it was me, I wouldn't buy it directly. I would ask someone else to buy it for me. There is nothing illegal about this.
