I received a dwi 20&22 years ago as well as 10/27/06 = 3. I have not received a call from an evaluator for 45 days. They say i will lose my license for 3 years and no work permit,i am the main care giver of our 2 children and my wife is gone quiet often. Is there not a law stating that they have to allow me a work permit as well as nutritional needs and schooling for my children. I have currently done everything they have required me to do. Just waiting for there phone call if it will every come. Thank you for any help you can give me.

If your question is whether or not there is a law about providing food for your family and/or a work permit, there is not. Without more information I can not tell you what will happen to your drivers license.
