how long can the cops go after me for an arrest warrant for outstanding DUI's

An arrest warrant can be executed, by police or others, as long as it exists, or is active.

In Minnesota, the "implied consent violation" is treated as a prior conviction -- unless challenged within 30 days of the license revocation.

As far as I know, forever. There's no statute of limitations I have ever heard of.
