I strongly suggest that you consult with an attorney. The prosecution doesnt think they can win a DWI because of the low test result, but they want to salvage something out of the case. Sometimes the prosecution argues that a .06 test result is evidence , in and of itself, that a person is driving carelessly or recklessly. Talk to a lawyer. I handle DWI's and would be happy to meet with you for a free initial consultation. Please call my office to set up an appointment. The receptionist who answers the phone can set the appointment for you. You don't need to talk directly to me to set up the appointment.

I look forward to meeting with you soon.
