My son is 20. He has a minor in consumption and false information on his ticket. will this go off his record when he turns 21. We live in Minnesota.

Once convicted, court records may last forever. If he has not pled guilty or been convicted, he can go to court and fight the charges. I would especially want to avoid the false information crime.
