I was stopped on 4/9/2009 nd charged with 4th degree dui. I do not believe I was not impaired. I did not get a court date until 2/22/2010. I thought the blood test I took cleared me and am surprised with a court date almost a year later. Is there a statue of limitations? I believe they have limited my ability to defend myself with this long delay. Also I received notice from DMV about suspending my license. Can I get forms online to file an appeal?
