Legal Question in DUI Law in Minnesota

First Time Offense Question about license revocation

I am wondering if after the 90 days of Revocation of my license if there are fee's to be paid so it is re-instated.

It is my first time offense with a clean record. I was arrested for a DWI.

Thank You

Re: First Time Offense Question about license revocation

The Minnesota Department of Public Safety requires a $680 reinstatement fee, in addition to other conditions to get a drivers license reinstated after revocation for a DWI. Other fees may apply as well. Call Minnesota Department of Public Safety - Driver Evaluation.
