traffic

2008 my pennsylvania license was taken because of a minnesota traffic offense over 25 years ago. They say i owe money and i paid everything 25 years ago

My best guess is that you have a reinstatement fee to pay for the purpose of restoring your driving privileges in MN. It's not a fine but rather an administrative fee; so it would be easy to miss. Right now that would be $680.

I recommend to my clients that they save their receipt. Today, payment of court fines can be confirmed via the MN court's website. I imagine it's too late for either of those to work for you.

Unless you have evidence you paid, you might need to pay it again. Contact Minnesota Department of Public Safety - Driver Evaluation, to try to sort it out with them. If you do, they should release the interstate hold on your DL.
