Legal Question in DUI Law in Minnesota

Vehicle forfieture

The state of Minnesota allows police to confinscate a vehicle for forfieture if certain criteria apply. What can be done if law enforcement is using only when the feel like it?

Re: Vehicle forfieture

The criteria for forfeiture must be met. If they are not then you have grounds to challenge the forfeiture. I've handled these types of cases before and I give free consultations. Please email or call my office and set up an appointment to discuss this further. Thanks.
